Description

HotelPro Staffing is a leading provider of hospitality staffing and outsourcing services from Texas to Maryland. We are seeking a Regional Manager responsible for the growth and management of the Texas market. This position will manage and lead all operations and sales activities for the territory. It will be supported by executive management resources and should be comfortable engaging with prospects and clients alike.

As the markets develop, the Regional Manager will spend their time selling new business, supervising Operations Managers, and managing existing client service. Effectively motivating and leading subordinates is critical success in this position.

Effective service of the market will include travel (car, plane) within the state to sell, and support clients in the territory

Compensation and Expenses

Salary plus bonus based on success in your territory.
Car Allowance: Paid monthly
Extras: Lap Top and Corporate Credit Card, DSL or wireless
Expenses: Reimbursement for all approved travel and business expenses.
