Description
Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager in a high volume catering operation for a prestigious hospital client in Florence, SC. Prior experience in catering and production preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience as a chef or production manager coupled with catering and or retail food management experience. Relocation assistance provided.
Requirements
Manages all catered events. Hires, schedules, and trains catering staff. Works with clients/customers to arrange and follow through on all catering details and to ensure all special requests are met. Directs setup for events. Responsible for pricing, billing and resolving customer complaints. Develops menu/costing.
